Below you will find the many events that help us keep the Webster Marching Band going strong! We’d love you all to participate when you can, and please, share these events with your friends and family!

All Year Long!
DROP OFF? If you’re willing, we’d love if you could drop-off your bottles and cans for recycling at Can Kings on Bay Rd. and let them know it’s for the Webster Marching Band!
NEED PICK-UP? Give us a call at 585-234-8684 or fill out THIS REQUEST FORM. Leave a message and we’ll come pick up your recycling!
Vortex Spring Showcase
We're excited to announce that on Sunday, April 6th at 3pm, we'll be hosting a showcase at Webster Schroeder featuring ensembles from the NY State Percussion Circuit, sponsored by Vortex Performing Arts. Several groups, including our own Winter Guard, will be performing!
This event is FREE and open to the public.
This event presents us with a fantastic FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITY THROUGH CONCESSION SALES!

On this day, band student, parents, and volunteers journey across the district to pick-up your bottles and cans!
Simply bag your items and leave by the road and someone will scoop it up before the end of the day.
**Please note, some streets do not receive pick-up service due to high traffic concerns and the safety of our students! Please see our MAP below to identify if you are within our pick-up radius.
